Breeder History
We started out breeding,showing and trialing our dogs 33 years ago. We have imported dogs from both Australia and Scotland as well as purchasing NZ bred dogs. We only breed occasionally after studying blood lines carefully so as to improve the breed. When we breed a litter we breed for ourselves but are happy to sell pups to approved homes only.Sorry at the moment we have no puppies available, but if you are interested in a Gordon Setter or an Australian Kelpie, email us, we can have a chat and we do prefer to meet prospective new owners, and are more than happy for them to come and see our dogs before they make a decision.

Other information
Breeding awards: We have been showing,breeding and trialling dogs for 33 years. Both our Gordon setters and the Australian Kelpies have done very well in the breed shows and the Gordons have done exceptionally well in the trials, and out pheasant and quail hunting.
Our Kelpies are also good at putting the chooks away each night, working the sheep & goats as well as helping shift the cows. Most of all both the Kelpies and Gordons are our best and most loyal mates.
Description of breeding bitches: Gordon Setters:
Tarny is a lovely NZ bred bitch, has done well in the breed shows and is a breed champion, she has also been NZ's top field trial Gordon for a number of years.
Banshee is young bitch that we imported from Scotland. She is from one of the top trialing kennels and is starting to show her quality. We will breed from her in the next year.
Kelpies:
Ash,is a lovely black girl and a breed champion. She has produced a lovely litter.
Sky we imported from a top kennel in Australia, she is a chocolate girl and she has produced us some lovely puppies
Shika is a chocolate girl, a breed champion, she is from Sky.We hope to mate her to Shadow later this year or early next year.
Description of breeding studs: Gordon Setter
We imported our stud dog from Australia. We call him Tank and he is doing very well also in the trials. He is from NZ and Swedish blood lines.
Kelpies
Taz is a black boy, a breed champion and sired a litter at 10 years of age. He was the top winning Kelpie for a number of years.
Nemo is also a black boy,and a breed champion. He has sired a very nice litter.
Shadow is a chocolate boy imported from a top kennel in Australia. He is a NZ breed champion.We hope to mate him to Shika this year or next.
